Q: Can an E-Car Mount charge an iPhone?

A: This E-Car Mount does not support charging. It is just a MagSafe-compatible phone holder.

Q: Will this Phone Mount work on the Model S/X?

A: It's also the Phone Mount for the Tesla Model S Model X and can be mounted on most cars' center console and glass. It can even be used in the living room, kitchen, office, etc.

Q: Is this E-Car Mount compatible with all Tesla Model 3 and Model Y models?

Q: How does the Phone Mount connect to the MacBook?

A: The Magnetic Phone Mount is attached to the MacBook via self-adhesive (3M glue can guarantee a firm hold for more than 24 months). The mobile phone is magnetically attached to the Mount.

Correct use of sheet metal:

1. You don't need a metal plate using a Magsafe-enabled phone case or iPhone. You can use the E-Car Mount directly. (Such as the iPhone 12-14 series)

2. If you're using a phone case that doesn't support MagSafe, we recommend attaching a metal sheet to the outside to improve adhesion. Alternatively, if you're not using a case and have a phone that doesn't support MagSafe, stick the metal sheet onto the back of the phone in the middle position. This should allow you to use our E-Car Mount without any issues.
