Processing Time
Orders will generally be shipped within 2 business days of submission (except for products with special instructions). After submitting your order, you will receive an email with order information.
Shipping Cost
1. Free shipping within the USA (Marnana only offers free shipping on orders within the 50 US states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.)
In addition, you can choose to pay to customize faster shipping according to your needs.
2. For Canada, UK, Australia and other countries, we will charge part of the shipping fee (the product import tax for European countries will be charged together with the shipping fee), and you can check the specific cost at checkout.

3. In all countries, including the United States. Some oversized items incur additional shipping charges. Details are subject to checkout information.
Shipping Area
Marnana ships to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. If your country is not on that list, don't worry. More delivery locations are coming soon, please subscribe to our newsletter for more information.
Delivery Time
1. Generally, it takes 3-7 business days to ship to the continental U.S.
2. Under normal circumstances, it takes 7-15 working days to ship to countries outside the United States.
3. There may be delays due to business closures, weather or other service interruptions.

Duties & Taxes
International orders ship from our Chinese warehouse.
Due to China's customs policy, goods exported outside China are not taxed. However, due to the customs policies of different destinations, taxes and fees may be incurred, and you will be responsible for the resulting taxes and fees. You can consult the customs authorities for charges/rates.
